Quality
Our quality system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9100 (aviation license). We were audited by many renowned customers. Besides extensive final inspection and testing, we focus on automatic production monitoring. Our pressure spring machines are completely equipped with electronic length meters.
For permanent quality control during production and final inspection and testing, we apply the QA software by »Brain-Tec.IT Solutions« (www.brain-tec.com). This software allows us to evaluate the statistic data and provides immediate access to electronically archived inspection records. During production, tension springs with a wire strength of up to 1.50 mm can be subjected to a 100% power test during production. Leg and ear positions are scanned.
Of course we are also able to perform oscillation tests to meet service life demands.
