Tension springs
Tension springs can be produced fully automated up to a wire thickness of 2.50 mm. Simple loop shapes can be produced cost-efficiently in large batches on cam-controlled ZO1 and ZO2 machines. Modern CNC coiling and bending machines enable production of complicated special shapes as well.
