Compression springs

The main focus or our automatic compression spring production is in a wire thickness range of 0.15 mm to 3 mm. The parts are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC machines or on cost effective cam-controlled automatic machines.

Our machines are equipped with automatic length measuring devices for 100% control. The grinding of end coils is possible starting at thicknesses of 0.40 mm and is carried out on modern CNC controlled sanding machines, among others.

Automatic leads are used if technically possible and economically feasible. We also offer shot blasting, placement and 100% force testing of springs.
